A 4-star high rise resort hotel with first class amenities that will support the growth of the Disney experience and tourism industry. The hotel will include restaurants, a fitness center, coffee shop, gift shop, two outdoor pools and a rooftop bar and lounge. The 12 story hotel will accommodate 329 rooms with one of the pools and restaurants being located on the rooftop for an enhanced guest experience.
5.7 acre Urban Master Plan for the development of an 89-unit, three-story mixed-use development, and it consists of 49 residential units and 40 live/work units within the Mesa West Bluffs Urban Plan Area. Each unit has an attached garage and private roof decks with at least 20% of the units having ocean views. Some of the amenities include a swimming pool, activity/basketball court, kids play area, and bicycle racks.
9 acre subdivision Urban Master Plan mixed-use development consisting of 177 units. The buildings are designed as detached and attached 3-story strustures with roof top decks and private parking garages. The project includes a mix of product types to creat a sense of variation and a series of different neighborhood types.
2.28 acre Master Plan for the development of 37-units consisting of three-story detached residential houses with roof decks. The unit size ranges from 1,660sf to 1,850sf with approximately 50% of the units have 2bd 2.5ba and the other having 3bd 2.5ba. Some of the amenities on site will consist of a barbeque patio with seating, a childrens play ground area, and private courtyards.
A Master Plan approval for the remodel and retenant of the 188,191sf shopping center. Some of the tenants include the Yard House, Saddle Ranch, Tavern + Bowl, La Lida Cantina, Sutra, H20 Sushi & Izakaya, Olive Branch Pizza and Black Knight Gastro Lounge, Starlight Triangle Cinemas and more.
24 acre Master Plan development for construction of 3 multifamily residential buildings consisting of approximately 800 units and a 6-story 165 room hotel.
