​Diamond Star Associates, Inc. specializes in real estate development services. We focus on client services throughout California, but primarily in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties. Specifically, our “Development Services Division” provides real estate land-use research, entitlement, and advisory services.

Diamond Star excels in customer service for our clients, from land-use approvals, development agreements, urban master plans, real estate subdivision, financial analysis, client education, or business attraction; we are experts in California land-use law, interpretation of judicial case law, and the “practical” application of law by local governments. We implement general plans through good planning for our clients.
